The women’s showers all had dirty floors with hair everywhere. I had the fusion massage and it was very good but I wouldn’t say excellent but it was actually the best part of my whole experience there. Went to use the restroom before my appointment and the first three stalls I went into were dirty and needed flushed, the fourth did not have any toilet paper, then only one out of the four sinks in that area had soap and there were no paper towels. I was handed a robe and that was it!! No tour no explanation of the facilities nothing. She was not very friendly at all, she showed me to my locker and we opened it up to find a dirty wet towel from the hotel as she described it. Again the girl paged a female attendant and nobody came so she took me back herself. Number one I was not greeted with a friendly welcome instead I felt as though I was interrupting the two girls behind the desk, I was then handed a clipboard and told to sit down until somebody came to get me and after sitting for a while I went back to the front desk asking if somebody was going to come because I didn’t want to be late for my service.
I am not sure if they had a busy weekend or what but we all deserve the same quality service for that kind of money no matter when we visit. I recently visited the spa on a Monday afternoon and was incredibly disappointed with my entire experience.
